Brian Don Levy, ESQ Collaborative Divorce Attorney/Mediator
My name is Brian Don Levy and I am a Collaborative Family Law Attorney,
Mediator and Collaborative Professional. Having worked with and represented family law clients in their various family
law needs since 1973, I am a very experienced and well trained Family Law Lawyer, Mediator and Collaborative Professional.
I have served as a collaborative trainer of new collaborative pprofessionals for Los Angeles Collaborative Family Law
Association (LACFLA), Coalition For Collaborative Divorce (CCD), Collaborative Divorce Professionals Inland Empire (CDPIE)
and other collaborative groups. I have also been a part time resident of the Coachella Valley since 1979.
I
was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1973 and continue to master my ADR techniques including Family Law Mediation
and Collaborative Practice. I have been providing Alternate Dispute Resolution Services since 1978, and currently serve on
the panel of the Los Angeles County Superior Court approved Civil and Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. I have been trained
in the Collaborative Practice by the International Academy Of Collaborative Professionals as well as other collaborative groups,
and am a member in good standing with the IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals), LACFLA (Los Angeles
Collaborative Family Law Association) CDSOC (Collaborative Divorce Solutions Orange County), CDPIE Collaborative Divorce Professionals
Inland Empire) and CPCAL (Collaborative Practice California). I have enjoyed providing collaborative and mediation
training services for other collaborative professionals and mediators who wish to be trained in the collaborative practice

Focus Consulting, since 1995, specializing in relationship issues and life-transitions such as marriage, divorce, and mid-life
crisis for men and women.
In the Collaborative Divorce team approach, my goal is to help families get through
the divorce process in a respectful, amicable way. As a divorce coach, I specialize in communication skills, conflict
resolution and phase of life transition. My role on the team is to help clients manage their anxiety in stressful
situations, make clear informed decisions, build on their inner strength, and begin to create a new life for themselves. If
there are children, I help develop a co-parenting plan so their children can continue to thrive with the love and support
of both parents. As a case manager, I bring organization, structure, and insight to help keep the case moving forward.

have been involved in thousands of cases and developed a working professional relationship with the Courts, Facilitator's
