you out of court. Because there are no court appearances, this saves you time and money. Our non-adversarial, no
court Divorce Mediation team consists of the following professionals:

Thurman Arnold III - Palm Springs Collaborative Attorney & Mediator Beverly Jewell – Collaborative Divorce Coach Marvin Chapman – Palm Springs Collaborative Divorce Coach Tracy McKenney – Neutral Financial Professional
We are a cohesive team, highly trained
and have worked together on many cases. Our history of success provides an efficient business model that's built
on experience and trust. We are all members of IACP (International Academy of Collaborative Professionals) as well as
numerous other collaborative organizations, and work to meet the legal, financial and emotional needs of your family. We will assist
you in resolving disputes respectfully, using cooperation and problem-solving strategies, a non-adversarial, no
court appearance approach, instead of litigation which can be costly and emotionally damaging.
Negotiations
between the parties and their team of Collaborative Divorce Mediation professionals are interest-based rather than positional.
In other words, each party's interests are considered when crafting a resolution, looking for "middle ground" and
third options. Negotiations are handled on an informal basis, with each party attending a series of
structured meetings with the Collaborative Divorce Mediation team.
Meetings focus on resolving issues
of custody, visitation schedule, co-parenting plans, support, division of assets, and financial goals for the future. One
major difference between the Collaborative Divorce Mediation process and other approaches is that the
clients themselves craft the terms of their collaborative divorce mediation agreement rather than having an outside
third party decide the outcome for them.
